What data we process
There are no forms collecting personal data on this website. You complete your booking on megaubytovanie.sk, which is a separate controller with its own privacy policy. If you contact us by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp, we use your data only to handle your request and to conclude and perform the accommodation contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Hosting and security
The website runs on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure. On each visit, your IP address and technical browser data are processed for the necessary time to deliver the page and protect it from attacks (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Map
The apartment pages include a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Ltd.). It loads only after you click “Show map”; Google then processes your IP address and may store cookies under its own policy.
Cookies and consent
We always use strictly necessary storage. Analytics and marketing tools run only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can change or withdraw at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Without consent, no measurement scripts are loaded at all. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Transfers outside the EU
